Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late cancellation fees apply to reservations changed or cancelled within the minimum stated time before the scheduled pickup. A no-show fee equal to the full reservation rate (plus gratuity, STC, airport parking fee, fuel surcharge, tolls, parking, and other charges) will be charged if the passenger does not arrive at the designated meeting location.
To cancel a reservation, please call +1 (800) 505-7724 or +1 (212) 366-6600. Leaving the pickup location without notifying NYC Limousine will result in a no-show charge.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. For hourly bookings and special events, please contact our customer service team.
Additional Charges
Tolls, parking, phone usage, surface transportation charges (STC), airport fees, and other surcharges not included in the initial estimate may apply to the final price.
Garage-to-Garage
Charges apply from when the chauffeur departs the garage until returning after service concludes.
Wait Time -- Airport Transfers
Airport transfers include reasonable wait time for flight and baggage delays. Additional wait time beyond the included allowance incurs the hourly rate prorated at fifteen-minute intervals.
Wait Time -- Non-Airport Transfers
Ten minutes of free wait time is provided after the scheduled pickup time. Beyond ten minutes, charges include the transfer base charge plus hourly charges prorated at fifteen-minute intervals.
Surface Transportation Charge (STC)
A surcharge based on overhead expenses, calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
Fuel Surcharge
Calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
Rate Estimates
Pre-service rate estimates are initial costs only. Wait time and additional services may change the final price. The quoted rate at the time of booking is honored for the agreed-upon service.
Child Safety Seats
NYC Limousine can provide child safety seats for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for installation. Please specify the type of seat needed (rear-facing infant seat, forward-facing toddler seat, or booster seat) when making your reservation.
Lost or Misplaced Items
NYC Limousine assumes no liability for lost or misplaced personal property left in vehicles. Please check the vehicle thoroughly before exiting.
